R/GA picked up a Grand Prix Cyber Lion in Cannes yesterday for its work with Nike and the Nike+ Fuelband. Prior to the awards ceremony, Digiday caught up with the agency’s CEO and global chief creative officer, Bob Greenberg, to talk about the difficulties agencies continue to face in attracting and retaining the talent necessary to make that kind of work a reality, and why awards can help.
