Radiation Worries: The Council of Europe has already been talking about cell-phone radiation concerns and proposing precautionary measures; now the U.S. is too. State and local governments are starting to propose legislation to address radiation concerns. For example, Maine is proposing The Children’s Wireless Protection Act, which would mandate notices on cell phone packaging and at the point of sale that would warn users of the potential health hazards.
