Bravo Leads MOBI Awards Finalists

Digiday unveiled the finalists for its MOBI Awards, which recognize the best in mobile media and marketing.

Leading the pack with four nominations was cable channel Bravo, which won kudos for its social viewing applications and use of Foursquare for marketing. Bravo has release co-viewing mobile apps for both Top Chef and Real Housewives.

Among agencies, several shops have three entries as finalists. PHD is in the running for best mobile agency and has finalists with its campaigns for Discovery and HBO Go. Initiative has three finalist entries, including its work for Arby’s and Bayer-Folate. Mobext is up for an award as best mobile agency along with finalist entries for Volvo. TBWA scored finalists with its Nissan iAd work and Grammy’s campaign for

The MOBI Awards cover 23 categories. All finalists can be viewed here. The winners will be announced during the MOBI Awards ceremony in New York City on Sept. 21.
